Being in the property business satisfies the nature of all our agents to mix and deal with people and moreover to share our integrity and knowledge by giving professional advice and allow our clients to make informed decisions based on in-depth market information. Clients find this as an exceptional valuable service.
Different “demands” and “supplies” related to Real Estate, requires more than a mere orchestration of a transaction between a Buyer and a Seller, a Lessor & Lessee and/or a Body Corporate with a Management Agent. Therefore, the involvement of Anjo Estate Agency is to provide essential information and guidance re market conditions, property potential, property investment, property management, tips on selling and buying property, and more. With this in mind, the act of buying, selling or renting property is based on specific reasons, expectations and market conditions.
One of our notably best marketing channels is our client’s promoting us with more referral business! Along this vein, and being based in Walvis Bay, we’ve spread our wings from the coastline to not only the borders of Namibia but also abroad and boast such clientele includes international corporates and other entities from different parts of the world.
Johan is an appointed member of the Valuation Court of Walvis Bay (2016 to 2020) and weekly writes articles with a column “Property in Perspective” in the Namib Times regional newspaper. These articles have been recognised as informative and educating, not only the public at large, but also to the benefit of other Estate Agencies. Anjo Estate Agency also sponsored, fundraising, special events as well as sportsmen and sportswomen. We are fully registered with the Namibia Estate Agency Board, the Financial Intelligence Centre (BON) and member of the Namibia Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
